Success Express Meeting Planning was started in 1978 to assist a small group of Consultants and Directors with Mary Kay Cosmetics, Inc in getting the absolute best experience possible during their attendance at the annual company Seminar in Dallas, TX. The Company founder, "Kirk" Kirkpatrick, developed a unique system to provide each attendee with hotel registration assistance, help locating roommates to share the expense when necessary, and a smooth and hassle free experience during their hotel stay.
From these humble beginnings and 50 attendees at the first event in 1978 a detailed system was developed that has since assisted over 50,000 attendees. The current program allows each attendee to pre-pay for their conference while receiving roommate assistance, express check-in, express check-out, hotel based meals, and pre-conference as well as on-site assistance. Although the technology has changed in over the years the focus of our programs still remain on making sure the individual attendee gets the most out of their conference's learning experience.
In 1998, Kirby Kirkpatrick took the event business "full" time and we began offering these services to more and more groups within Mary Kay as well as other companies and associations.
Success Express specializes in hotel based conference coordination for groups over 200 people and event registration services for groups of all sizes. However, we are also offer a variety of logistical and planning services as well.
