Registrations are accepted on a per person, first come/first served basis.  We will place registrants into the Inn until we run out of empty slots regardless of roommate request.  For example:  If Sue registers and requests Judy but Judy doesn't register until after we are out of rooms at the Inn then we will place the 1st person to register in Sue's room.  Then when Judy does register she will be placed at the over flow hotel with other consultants.  She will then be responsible for transportation to and from the park.
